No — browsing sellers and posting requests is completely free for buyers.
How are sellers verified?
All sellers submit official documents (Carte d'Artisan, Registre de Commerce, or Diplôme de Couture) which are manually reviewed by our team before approval.
How do I contact a seller?
Each seller profile has a WhatsApp button and/or phone number. You contact them directly — no middleman.
What does a subscription plan include?
Plans determine how many products you can list, your search visibility priority, and whether you get a homepage spotlight. All plans include profile management and direct client contact.
